Volunteering                                                    
You may be looking for opportunities to build new skills, or develop new relationships, or you may be recently retired and have some time, experience, and skills to contribute to ORIANA.  Even a very small amount of time can help us greatly! We need help with:

  • fund-raising tasks & projects
  • marketing tasks
  • website upkeep
  • general projects
  • concerts

Donation
We rely on gifts from our donors and special friends. Government grants and ticket sales cover only a small amount of our budget, and we count on gifts from individual donors, foundations, and corporations to present the best season possible.  If you have not yet made a gift to ORIANA, think about it.  You will be in good company.

SPONSORSHIP
Sponsors help not only with financial support but also provide increased visibility for artistic organizations. Sponsorships may lead to cross marketing opportunities and other partnership activity.  You could sponsor:

  • production of a CD
  • single concert
  • concert series
  • guest artist  
  • podium /training costs.

Planned Giving
You may be thinking about a future gift to the Choir. Consider making a planned giving gift such as:

  • a bequest  in your will
  • a gift of securities or share options
  • a gift through an insurance policy naming the choir as your beneficiary

John Ford MEMORIAL Fund
If your interest is commissioning new Canadian choral music, you may want to consider a gift to the John Ford Fund. Funds donated to the Choir in memory of John Ford, a former artistic director who died in 2002, are designated for future commissions of original works.
